Napoleon Hill, in “Think and Grow Rich”, one of the greatest books ever written on manifesting wealth and success, states that “auto-suggestion (which is another word for self-hypnosis) is the keystone to man obtaining true mastery over his own earthly destiny due to it giving him the power to influence his own subconscious mind, and that if auto-suggestion is applied with persistence you will succeed in transmuting desire into money.”
If you’ve ever studied any of Napoleon Hill’s teachings you understand that in his simple, down to earth way, this man literally exposed the golden key to wealth building and success. This is the very same message that has been presented in our modern times in “The Secret” and “The Law of Attraction” books and movies that are popular now, even though Napoleon Hill wrote his masterpiece “Think and Grow Rich” in the 1930’s.
It’s very interesting to note that at the time that Hill was writing “Think and Grow Rich”, that America was in the depths of the Great Depression. And as we look around at our world today we once again find ourselves in a very similar economic climate.
However, one thing that is different today is that we currently exist in a world of technology that obviously didn’t exist during Hill’s time. Today we have the luxury of using audio recordings such as “Law of Attraction Hypnosis CDs” and “Wealth Hypnosis CDs” to reprogram our subconscious minds, rather than, as Hill put it, employ the use of “auto-suggestion” by simply repeating statements that claim what it is that we desire to have and achieve in our lives, as if we already possess the thing that we desire.
By taking the opportunity to feed your mind daily with wealth and success producing “power thoughts” or “wealth imagery” in which you experience yourself as already having achieved or obtained that which you desire, you become a magnet for those very opportunities and circumstances to be drawn into your life. In other words, it really is what you think that makes you grow rich.
